The People Operations team focuses on transforming challenges into opportunities through data-driven insights. We develop strategic solutions that align with our vision, manage organisational change, enhance employee experience, and foster innovation, partnership, and leadership to create a growth-oriented workplace.

Get to Know the Role

This is a full-time onsite internship role based in Singapore. This role runs from May to December 2026. You will be fully onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will help plan and implement employee engagement and culture activities that support employees (and interns) development, wellness and inclusivity at work
  • You will develop editorial content that supports employee engagement, through internal channels like email announcement, intranet
  • You will analyze metrics of employee engagement efforts and assess effectiveness
  • You will support end-to-end intern experience in Singapore; from hiring to onboarding and engaging them throughout their stint at Grab.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Familiar with Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
  • Proficiency in using Gen AI solutions to address real-life problems within HR
