THE ROLE

As Indie Campers Fleet Data & Processing Intern, you will be responsible for ensuring our tools and systems are accurately updated in alignment with our infleet processes. Your role will be crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and data integrity during this key project phase.

You will be joining our Revenue team in our HQ, working closely with the regional trading teams to support the infleet project over the next few months.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

As a Fleet Data & Processing Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our infleet processes by keeping our tools and systems up to date. Your work will help streamline operations, improve data integrity, and support decision-making throughout this key project phase.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Updating and maintaining fleet management tools according to operational processes.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all relevant platforms.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align information and improve workflows.
  • Identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Assisting in project tracking and reporting to support key stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving operational discrepancies related to fleet onboarding.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Some experience in operations, data management, or administrative support is a plus.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Strong attention to detail for data accuracy.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and processes.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations;
  • You are motivated by taking ownership of your projects;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
