About the Role

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the HR and hiring team in managing recruitment activities across marketing, technology, creative, and operations roles in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing:
Identifying and sourcing candidate profiles through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases based on hiring requirements.

Resume Screening & Shortlisting:
Reviewing resumes and shortlisting candidates aligned with role-specific requirements and expectations.

Interview Coordination:
Scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring smooth communication with candidates throughout the interview process.

Candidate Communication:
Managing candidate communication for interview updates, follow-ups, and process-related information while maintaining a professional candidate experience.

Recruitment Tracking & Reporting:
Maintaining recruitment trackers, updating candidate status, and ensuring hiring data is organised and up to date.

Onboarding Support:
Assisting with basic onboarding documentation and joining formalities for selected candidates.

Employer Branding Support:
Supporting job postings, outreach activities, and basic employer branding initiatives across hiring platforms

Requirements & Skills:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field

  • Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email communication, and Google Sheets

  • Good organisational and time-management abilities

  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to learn, take ownership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
