Huawei Enterprise BG follows the Business-Driven ICT Infrastructure program of action, and is committed to carrying out joint innovations with customers and partners, and helping customers across industries, including government and public sectors, financial services, energy, transportation, and manufacturing to achieve the goal of digital upgrade with "agility and intelligence" at the core.
About the Role

About Huawei:

Huawei is a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices. We are committed to bringing digital to every person, home and organization for a fully connected, intelligent world.

At Huawei, we have two key drivers of innovation: science and technology, and customer needs. Both commercial value and market demands are driving our innovation and determining how we invest in science and technology. Breakthroughs in technology, in return, stimulate customer needs and allow us to create greater value for customers.

About the IRC:

Huawei Ireland Research Centre's (IRC) mission is to position Huawei as a recognised technology leader and global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider. We are building an industry-recognised multi-disciplinary Research Centre of experts focusing on medium-term to long-term issues to achieve this. The IRC will work closely with an open, innovative ecosystem with Huawei customers to address real-world issues. The IRC will also engage with key European universities to build a basic research capability to support Huawei technical projects.

About the Job:

We are looking for a proactive AI Engineering Intern to lead the development of an Autonomous Lab Intelligence System. This project focuses on leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic workflows to orchestrate high-level technical insights, automate enterprise-standard documentation, and streamline complex project lifecycles within the Game Rendering Acceleration domain.

You will work with an international and fast-paced team of expert researchers and engineers, bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI automation and deep-tech rendering research.

Requirements:

  • Intelligence Synthesis: Design and deploy autonomous agents to monitor, filter, and synthesize global computer graphics research frontiers (SIGGRAPH, Eurographics, etc.) and cross-sector industrial trends into actionable intelligence.

  • Semantic Document Engineering: Architect RAG-based (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks to automate the generation and refinement of high-fidelity technical specifications and strategic materials, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.

  • Workflow Orchestration: Develop intelligent systems to automate multifaceted project synchronization, including data-driven progress aggregation, risk modeling, and cross-departmental milestone alignment with HQ.

  • Analytical Tooling: Research and implement AI-integrated utilities to facilitate automated data parsing and configuration optimization for large-scale graphics performance systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

  • Advanced Systems Engineering: Proficient in Python or Go. Demonstrable experience in Containerization (Docker), Microservices, and API architecture.

  • Agentic Frameworks: Strong conceptual or hands-on understanding of LLM orchestration (e.g., Dify, n8n, LangChain, or Agentic workflows).

  • Communication & Structure: Superior ability to translate complex technical data into structured, professional narratives.

  • Linguistic Versatility: Professional fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage for global stakeholder collaboration.

  • A strong passion for AI-driven productivity and a drive to deliver robust, scalable automation solutions for research environments.
