We are looking for an P&O Intern to join People & Organization team in our Home & Personal Care Business Unit, based in Calenzano Plant (Florence, Italy). |

How you make the difference |
|
As an Intern in the P&O domain you will work closely to the P&O Manager, by supporting and trying to fulfill all the main department requirements, in order to guarantee the best performance standards. Our internship will give you first-hand insights into P&O processes, such as Recruiting, Learning & Development, People Strategy, Organization, Internal Communication, Industrial Relations.
