🚀 Your Next Role 

You’ll be part of a collaborative Customer Service team focused on solving issues, supporting clients, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. 

You will have the opportunity to gain handson experience in: 

  • Efficient order management 

  • Supporting daily delivery processes 

  • Managing service claims and ensuring timely resolutions 

  • Overseeing valueadded service activities 

  • Maintaining clear inbound and outbound communication with customers to meet—and exceed—their expectations 

You’ll be supported by a great Team and guided through an onboarding experience designed to help you connect with the business, your colleagues, and the full customer journey! 

🎓 What You’ll Need 

To be successful in this role, you bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field, with a strong interest in Customer Service 

  • Active listening skills and a customerfocused mindset 

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 

  • A good level of English  

  • A proactive, solutionsoriented “cando” attitude 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy 

  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities 

  • Motivation, curiosity, and passion for supporting customers
