About the Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Portfolio management reporting.
  • Perform financial analysis on credits.
  • Assist and observe the commercial lending underwriting process.
  • Assist the credit department on their annual review of commercial credits.
  • Prepare cash flows, debt to income, and loan to value worksheets.
  • Enter data for financial covenants.
  • Financial Covenant review, input, and testing.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Displays a high level of confidentiality.
Required Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED and enrollment in a 2 or 4-year degree program.
  • Enrollment in a 4-year college or university with a concentration in Economics, Finance, or Business preferred.
