About the Role

Position Snapshot
•    Nestlé in Italy, Milan HQ (Assago) 
•    Graduates in Management Engineering or equivalent.
•    Knowledge (university level) of Planning and key DSP, Supply Chain processes, objectives and methodologies 
•    Fluency in Italian and English 
•    Full-time internship 6 months
•    Start date: end March 2026.

 

A Day in the life of a DSP: 
As support of DSP team and as part of the Nutrition & Nestlé Health Science Categories, the main goals of the role are:
•    Support the replenishment of products to the main warehouse with the objective of maintaining the optimal stock cover levels and high product freshness, to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.
•    Contribute to the implementation and optimization of cross-functional supply chain processes with the objective of improving efficiency and reducing total delivered costs. 
•    Develop automated reporting and analytical tools in Demand & Supply area. 
•    Collaboration with the category DSP teams in daily activities to ensure Demand & Supply KPI targets and priorities are met.

 

What will make you successful? 
•    Strong knowledge of Excel. PowerBi and SAP are a plus. 
•    Strong communication skills
•    Ability of influencing others and communication
•    Collaborate proactively with innovative and constructive approach
•    Mental agility, insight, analysis and synthesis.
