The Brand Marketing team is in search of a new team member to help the team in their work developing marketing strategies and integrated campaigns that drive the business, increase brand awareness, improve brand perception and attract new customers while building loyalty and revenue with Volvo owners. At Volvo Cars, our brand marketing team leads campaign development plans, marketing asset creation and serve as the integration point across all marketing channels and PR.
What you'll do
• Work closely with Brand Marketing Manager to deliver campaigns through Volvo’s innovative Engine model to support the Volvo brand & media partnerships.
• Support with the creation of all retailer marketing materials (print, digital, email, direct mail, social media and video assets) in close collaboration with all relevant internal teams and external agencies.
• Support with executing amplification of local US campaigns and multicultural activations to increase overall brand awareness across key markets and cultures.
• Work closely with other cross functional departments: information sharing, calendars.
• Admin support for brand marketing team to support in budget process and GR of invoices, organic social US monthly content calendar, tracking local campaign usage/talent extensions.
What you'll bring
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment, often jumping between multiple projects in one day
• Majoring in marketing or communications
• Strong communication skills
You might also have:
• Previous brand marketing experience
• Previously managed a project from beginning to end
SALARY & BENEFITS:
The hourly compensation for this internship is $22.00 per hour. The rate of pay offered is based on factors such as a candidate’s relevant skills, experience, education, and overall alignment with organizational needs. Interns may also have access to a variety of Volvo resources designed to support early‑career development, including professional development opportunities, employee wellness programs, and exposure to teams across the organization.
