Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bereitstellung von First-Level-Support bei der Implementierung von IT-Lösungen
  • Nachverfolgung und Bearbeitung der IT- Tickets und Rückmeldung an Anwender
  • Austausch und Wartung von Hardware
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Software
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Datenbanken

 

Ihr Profil

  • Student (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im IT-Bereich von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Microsoft–Betriebssysteme
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
  • SAP-Grundkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Immatrikulation über den gesamten Zeitraum der Tätigkeit
