About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive intern to support our digital experimentation team. This role is focused on helping plan, launch, and manage A/B and multivariate tests across our digital platforms. You’ll gain hands-on experience in how data, UX, product strategy, and development come together to drive measurable improvements in user experience and business performance. This is a highly collaborative role ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, thinking critically, and turning ideas into structured test plans.

What You’ll Do Support End-to-End A/B Testing
Assist in writing structured test plans (hypothesis, audience, KPIs, success criteria)
Help define measurable goals and evaluation criteria
Coordinate with designers, developers, and analysts to move tests from concept to launch
Track progress and help ensure experiments stay on schedule
Document results and contribute to test readouts and insights

Ideation & Optimization Support
Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify new testing opportunities
Research best practices and competitive experiences to inspire test concepts
Help prioritize ideas based on potential impact and feasibility
Assist in identifying friction points in digital journeys

Experiment Operations & Process
Help maintain experimentation documentation and backlog
Monitor live tests and flag potential issues
Ensure proper tracking and tagging are in place
Support post-test analysis and insight summaries
Contribute to building a knowledge base of learnings
