Photo Production Intern

We're excited to expand our team with a Photo Production Intern who will support the coordination and execution of our commercial product photoshoots. This flexible, part-time role is ideal for a student pursuing photography, creative production, or a related field who is looking to gain hands-on experience while balancing school commitments. Hours can accommodate class schedules and may vary depending on production timelines.

This is an incredible opportunity to step inside a fast-growing brand and learn how high-level commercial production photography really works.

Responsibilities:

• Support the coordination of commercial product photoshoots managed by external agencies
• Assist with shoot planning logistics, timelines, and communication between internal teams and creative partners
• Help organize product samples, shot lists, and production assets
• Track production calendars and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain organized digital asset files and documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Photography, Creative Production, Visual Arts, or related field
• Strong interest in commercial photography and brand storytelling
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills and comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Google Drive, spreadsheets, and basic production workflows
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
