What You'll Do:

  • Assist in planning and executing intern and new graduate program activities, events, and learning sessions
  • Support scheduling, logistics, and preparation for workshops, orientations, and networking events
  • Help coordinate guest speakers and facilitators
  • Track attendance and participation in program activities
  • Draft and distribute program communications (emails, calendars, reminders, newsletters)
  • Assist with surveys, feedback collection, and evaluations
  • Compile program metrics and participation reports
  • Help analyze feedback to identify improvement opportunities
  • Take ownership of a summer project
  • Support the Global Organizational Capability team with other duties as assigned. This may include support on programs and projects such as: compiling data, updating processes and job aids and myHR SuccessFactors system testing

What You'll Bring:

  • Currently enrolled in a 4 year degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Agriculture Education, Communications or equivalent related program with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through skills
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to tailor messaging to different audiences (interns, leaders, stakeholders)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Canva

 

Compensation & Benefits: 

The hourly range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $22.01 - $25.54. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

 

We provide an attractive benefits package that includes catastrophic coverages including life, accidental death and dismemberment, and business travel accident insurance for a position of at least three months in duration and more than 30 hours per week. Our benefit package also demonstrates our culture of care with paid sick days and holidays as well as an Employee and Family Assistance Program. A Student or Intern role does not participate in any retirement savings or incentive programs. Nutrien will comply with benefit and retirement regulations, as necessary. Details of the benefits package will be shared in the application process.
