Your missions :

Votre quotidien : 

Participer aux opérations de conditionnement :
Suivi des lignes de conditionnement sucre
Contrôles qualité visuels et respect des standards de production

Contribuer à la gestion logistique :
Réception, stockage et préparation de commandes
Suivi des flux entrants/sortants
Gestion des stocks via l’outil informatique (SAP)


Sécurité & hygiène :
Respect strict des règles d’hygiène alimentaire (HACCP)
Participation aux contrôles et bonnes pratiques de sécurité
Signalement des anomalies ou dysfonctionnements


Participation à l’amélioration continue :
Force de proposition pour optimiser les flux et la performance
Contribution aux projets transverses du service

L’alternant réalise des opérations simples conformément aux consignes données, sous la responsabilité de son tuteur. Il observe et assimile les pratiques professionnelles du métier préparé, et rend compte régulièrement de son travail à travers des reportings simples si nécessaire.
Il identifie les dangers liés à son activité ainsi que ceux présents dans son environnement de travail. Avant toute intervention, il analyse la situation et applique strictement les consignes reçues. Il alerte immédiatement son responsable en cas de situation dangereuse détectée.
Enfin, il respecte l’ensemble des règles de sécurité, d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.


 

Your profile :

 

Vous préparez un Niveau BAC +3 à BAC+5 en logistique, transport ou industrie.
Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et apprécié(e) pour votre sens du travail en équipe.
Une sensibilité au respect des règles de sécurité et d’hygiène est indispensable.
À l’aise avec les outils informatiques (Excel, ERP, SAP un plus).
Motivé(e) par l’environnement industriel et agroalimentaire.

Contrat : apprentissage

Début : selon calendrier scolaire
Lieu : site sucrier (Bucy-Le-Long)
Horaires : poste en journée et selon calendrier scolaire
