Core Responsibilities
The intern will support physical analysis of raw materials and export lots, including testing for cutting, mold, moisture, and impurities, alongside supporting packaging material analysis. Responsibilities also include assisting in the processing transformation of beans to cocoa liquor, maintaining records, and managing cacao samples and counter-samples.

About the Role

Misión del cargo:

En esta posición tendrás la oportunidad de aprender y brindar soporte en soporte en análisis físico de materia prima y lotes de exportación (Prueba de corte, moho, determinación de humedad e impurezas), soporte en análisis de material de empaque, soporte en procesamiento en transformación de granos a licor de cacao, levantamiento y actualización de registros, manejo, procesamiento y control de muestras de grano de cacao, manejo y control de contramuestras de lotes de cacao de exportación, colaborar con Monitoreo de plagas del site y lotes de cacao almacenado, participación en proceso de mejora continua del equipo.

 

Formación académica requerida: Cursando últimos años de las carreras ingeniería química, alimentos, industrial o afines.

Experiencia requerida: No se requiere experiencia previa.

Conocimientos requeridos: Excel (intermedio) Manejo y creación de base de datos (análisis – reportería), tablas dinámicas, funciones, presentaciones efectivas – Power Point. Deseable: Power BI (Deseable).

Habilidades requeridas: Extrovertido/a y Proactivo/a, con buenas habilidades de comunicación. Capacidad Analítica, Capacidad de toma de decisiones basados en datos, Liderazgo y Autonomía para gestionar proyectos, y realizar seguimientos. Relaciones Interpersonales, capacidad para construir redes de contacto y colaborar con otros equipos.
