Role Overview:  At RAE Corporation, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator Intern who is passionate about marketing and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience by assisting the marketing team in various tasks and projects, contributing to the company's marketing initiatives.  

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns.  

2. Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our social media presence by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.  

3. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitor strategies, and gather insights to inform marketing strategies.  

4. Assist with Campaigns: Support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including promotional events, product launches, and advertising initiatives.  

5. Graphic Design Support: Assist in creating visual assets such as graphics, infographics, and presentations to support marketing materials.   

6. Email Marketing: Aid in creating and executing email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy, designing templates, and analyzing campaign performance.  

7. Website Management: Assist in updating and maintaining the company website with fresh content, images, and other relevant information.  

8. Analytics and Reporting: Help track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.  

9. Collaboration with Team:  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.  

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, or related field.  

- Strong interest in marketing and willingness to learn and contribute to team projects.  

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.   

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.  

- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts is preferred.
