Functional Streams

Please indicate your preference for one of the following departments in your application:

• Accounting & Finance:Contribute to financial modeling, reconciliation processes, and quarterly reporting.
• Human Resources:Support talent acquisition, organizational design, and the implementation of corporate culture initiatives.
• Inventory Planning:Utilizedata analytics for supply chain management, demand forecasting, andlogisticscoordination.
• Marketing:Support brand positioning, market research, and the execution of multi-channel digital campaigns.
• Operations:Focus on process optimization, departmental scaling, and the enhancement of internal infrastructure.
• Product Development:Assistin the technical lifecycle of new initiatives, from competitive analysis to quality assurance testing.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary degree or diploma program and be eligible toparticipatein a formal co-op work term.
• Maintain a strong academic record within your respective Faculty (Business, Arts, Science, Engineering, or related fields).
• Demonstrate professional-grade written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or equivalent productivity tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to learn department-specific software.
• A track recordof working effectively within a team setting, whether throughpreviousemployment or academic group projects.
