About the Role

Stage - Assistant(e) Chef de Projet Image SHISEIDO EMEA H/F - Juillet 2026

 

 

MISSIONS

 

Rattaché(e) au département Image Prestige EMEA, vous travaillerez sur la marque Shiseido et Clé de Peau Beauté sur plusieurs axes (Soin, Maquillage et Parfum), dans un environnement international. Vous accompagnerez l’équipe Image dans leur quotidien et aurez une vision globale de la création de contenu cross média (online et offline) pour la zone EMEA.

 

 

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

 

Au sein du département Image Prestige EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Afrique), vous assisterez l’équipe Image sur les missions telles que :

  • Participation à la réflexion créative à travers une construction de benchmark et veille concurrentielle créative du marché EMEA sur les nouvelles tendances/ technologies de création de contenus publicitaires cross média (POS, OOH, Presse, Digital)

 

  • Accompagnement dans les différentes phases de la création des contenus des marques Shiseido & Clé de Peau Beauté (brief de production, préparation au shooting, suivi de la post-production, livraison des contenus visuels et vidéos en fonction des projets)

 

  • Suivi opérationnel des adaptations des visuels avec les équipes expertes (E-commerce, E-retail, VM, Production, Achats)

 

  • Gestion et coordination de la plateforme d’assets management interne et gestion des droits ( DAM, outils Buyout)
  • Création de contenu statiques et vidéos via une plateforme interne basée sur de l’IA ( IA Studio Virtuel)

QUI VOUS ETES

 

Vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage responsabilisant, avec des missions alliant créativité et analyse au sein d’une équipe collaborative ?

 

Vous êtes/avez :

  • Formation supérieure bac +3 minimum
  • Bonne culture artistique et intérêt pour le secteur de la beauté et du luxe
  • Organisé(e), Rigoureux (se), proactif (ve) autonome, capacité à gérer plusieurs projets de front
  • Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais (oral et écrit) et du Pack Office (Excel et PowerPoint)
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils de la suite Adobe et première expérience de 6 mois appréciées
  • Compréhension de l’écosystème digital
