Job Description

Within the Engineering Product Validation department, you will produce mock-ups and/or prototype tools for internal departments including Pilot Line, Laboratory, Innovation and Projects. 

Desired start date: September 2026 
Duration: 2 years 

Main responsibilities:

You will report to the Product Technician – Prototypes. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and analyzing requirements with the Prototype Coordinator
• Defining the most suitable materials and manufacturing methods, taking cost, quality and lead time into consideration
• Producing mock-ups

Candidate profile:

• You are preparing a Bac+2/Bac+3 degree (Associate/Bachelor level) in Woodworking, Prototyping or CATIA Design
• You have an elementary level of English (A2)
• You have knowledge of woodworking machinery and technical drawing reading
• You possess strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate initiative
• You have a strong interest in technical subjects and hands-on work 

Location: Sigmatech – Avenue du Bois des Vergnes, 01150 Sainte-Julie (40 km from Lyon, carpooling available)
