The intern will support the modeling of production processes for data connection using OPC UA and assist in developing traceability logics within the data model. Additionally, they will help connect data models to the BMW data pipeline and implement data processing logics in the cloud.

Unser Team bei der BMW Group baut fortschrittliche Datenanalysefähigkeiten auf, um die Batteriezellenproduktion zu optimieren. Wir konzentrieren uns auf Prozessmodellierung, Datenintegration und Visualisierung, um Innovation in nachhaltiger Mobilität voranzutreiben.

Was erwartet dich?

  • Du unterstützt bei der Modellierung von Produktionsprozessen für die Datenanbindung mittels OPC UA.
  • Außerdem wirkst du mit bei der Ausarbeitung von Traceability-Logiken im Datenmodell.
  • Darüber hinaus hilfst du bei der Anbindung von Datenmodellen an die BMW Datenpipeline.
  • Zudem unterstützt du bei der Implementierung von Logiken zur Datenverarbeitung in der Cloud.
  • Du wirkst auch mit beim Entwurf von Dashboards zur Visualisierung prozessspezifischer Use Cases.

 

Was bringst du mit?

  • Studium der Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik, Informatik oder vergleichbar.
  • Erste Erfahrungen bei der Modellierung von OPC UA Datenmodellen über den Siemens OPC UA Modelling Editor (SiOME), der Datenverarbeitung in Amazon Web Services (AWS) sowie der Erstellung von Datenvisualisierungen in Tableau.
  • Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Lithium-Ionen-Batterien erwünscht.
  • Sehr gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Begeisterung für neue Technologien und ein innovatives Umfeld.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
