About the Role

Job Purpose

Join our team as an Intern in Supplier Quality. Supplier Quality is an organizational unit with responsibility for quality performance of direct suppliers. Main scope includes selection, development and daily support of TechnipFMC suppliers in all quality related matters. If you speak Portuguese, that’s a strong advantage and we’d be excited to have you on board.

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing quality performance data analysis,
  • Supporting arranging suppliers inspections in Europe,
  • Preparing and presenting monthly metrics,
  • Supporting problem solving in supply chain with use of applicable problem solving techniques,
  • Driving, together with SQEs, improvement projects focused on reducing costs of non-conformities,
  • Supporting current work of Supplier Quality Department.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of foundational quality principles
  • Continues studies with major in a technical or quality field
  • Possess practical PC skills to include experience and use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Power Apps etc.) and SAP
  • Ability to perform data/statistical analysis, build reports to present trends, and recommend improvements
  • Knowledge if ISO9001 requirements, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of basic Root Cause Analysis tools (5WHY, Ishikawa) would be a plus too
  • Good command of English and Portuguese
