The R&D Summer Intern will lead a high-impact digital transformation project focused on improving file organization and data hygiene within the R&D Test Laboratory.

The department currently maintains approximately 1 million digital files accumulated across legacy workstreams, shared drives, and project archives. Many files are unstructured, inconsistently named, or duplicative, creating operational inefficiencies and limiting long-term knowledge management.  This internship is structured as a project-based experience to be completed within the 12-week program. The intern will work closely with the R&D Test Laboratory Project Manager, Supervisor, and Technician Team.  This position is located at the Dallas Corporate office and is an onsite internship opportunity. This is not a remote role.

This is a project-based internship, and the selected intern will present their summer project at our annual Intern Expo Day on Wednesday, August 5, 2026
