About the Role
Support the Procurement team with day‑to‑day IT equipment operations that ensure employees are properly equipped to perform their roles. Provide professional assistance to end users related to hardware setup, configuration, and deployment.
Assist with IT equipment lifecycle activities, including device preparation, deployment, returns processing, and proper disposal. Maintain accurate asset inventory records, update staging documentation, and keep all hardware staging areas clean, organized, and compliant with standards.
Communicate effectively with via Microsoft Teams, email, and the our IT ticketing system. Gain hands‑on experience with enterprise IT tools and systems such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, PXE boot imaging, and SSFCU‑approved software.
Qualifications
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a similar degree. Familiar with Microsoft Cloud solutions. Moderate to expert level of knowledge of Visual Basics, Sharepoint, Power Apps, JSON, or basic coding.
