About The Company
Saylor is an entertainment-led creative agency built for brands that want to earn attention, not interrupt it. Founded by former Netflix and Disney marketers, we exist at the intersection of culture, storytelling, and strategy, bringing the sensibility of entertainment to brands ready to act less like advertisers and more like creators. We’re a tight‑knit crew of creatives, strategists, and makers who collaborate without ego, stay curious, and always show up for one another. We foster a supportive space where diverse perspectives are celebrated, hierarchy never blocks great ideas, and everyone is empowered to jump in, solve problems, and push creative boundaries together.
About the Role

About the Program

Welcome aboard the Saylor Cadet Program, a summer internship experience designed for aspiring creatives, strategists, and producers looking to break into the world of entertainment-forward marketing. Inspired by the deck cadet model—a nautical apprentice training to navigate real-world challenges—our Cadets gain hands-on experience on real client work at a fast-paced, culture-driven agency.

Cadets will be embedded within one of four departments—Creators (Influencer), Design, Production or Social—while also engaging in cross-functional learning, mentorship, and agency-wide collaboration. This is your chance to pitch ideas, join brainstorms, shadow leaders, and contribute to the work we put out into the world.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate on real client projects across social, digital, and entertainment campaigns
  • Receive hands-on mentorship from experienced team members
  • Participate in brainstorms, internal reviews, and final deliveries
  • Join monthly agency roundtables featuring leadership across departments
  • Tackle a capstone project to present to Saylor’s senior leadership in the final week
  • Take part in Cadet Takeover Week, running our agency’s social channels
  • Engage with the full Saylor crew through team-building events and cultural moments

What We’re Looking For

We’re not expecting years of experience—we’re looking for curiosity, clarity of thought, creative energy, and a collaborative spirit. Whether your background is in marketing, design, film, media studies, or just TikTok deep dives, if you’ve got the drive to learn and contribute, we want to hear from you.

Salary

Interns are paid $18-$22 per hour depending on experience. School credit can also be obtained, pending the requirements of your university.
