What a Typical Day Could Look Like

As a Recruiting Intern, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the full talent acquisition lifecycle while supporting Kairoi’s growing portfolio and corporate teams. This internship is designed to provide meaningful experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruiting strategy while partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition team. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders in a fast-paced, professional environment.

 

You Are the Talent Operations Pro in Training!

  • Support the Recruiting team with administrative coordination throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain and update candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Assist with interview scheduling logistics and internal calendar coordination
  • Help prepare offer letters, hiring packets, and onboarding documentation as needed
  • Support recruiting projects such as process documentation, workflow improvements, and reporting initiatives
  • Assist with tracking recruiting metrics and organizing data to support team strategy and decision-making
  • Help ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience through timely and organized communication
  • Contribute to employer branding materials and internal recruiting resources

Requirements

Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, Finance, Real Estate Finance, or related.
  • Strong interest in analytics, storytelling, branding, or client experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (experience with pivot tables a plus, but not required)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
  • Able and willing to work the required schedule for the duration of the internship
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the past 12 months
