We are looking for a motivated and creative Graphic & Web Design Intern to support the ongoing management and development of the Stake.it website. This role is ideal for someone
eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital design and web content, who already has a good working knowledge of the tools and technologies and is ready to apply
them in a practical work environment.

Your role with us

The selected candidate will work alongside the Graphic & Web Design Manager, assisting with daily website activities such as content updates via CMS, basic page creation,
and routine maintenance tasks, while building on their existing technical skills through hands-on experience in website management and optimisation. They will also contribute
to the creation of graphic materials for the website, supporting visual consistency and alignment with the brand identity, and further developing their ability to create modern,
engaging digital experiences within a structured and collaborative team. You will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have the ability to take initiative and
prioritise daily tasks. You will join a small but high-performing team in our Rome office.

In line with Italian regulations, the interns must be unemployed or not currently working at the time of hiring, and they must be between 18 and 29 years old.

What you will do

Manage the updating and organisation of website content through the CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, including daily and periodic publication of pages, landing pages, and promotional sections.
Create promotional graphics for the website, ensuring alignment with the brand’s visual identity and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan visual content and updates in line with the promotional calendar and business priorities.
Ensure the proper management of digital assets and the organised archiving of graphic materials, guaranteeing efficiency in workflows and adherence to project timelines.
Provide general operational support for day-to-day platform activities as requested by the Manager.
This position reports to the Graphic and Web Designer Manager, as well as to the Casino Manager.

What you will bring

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
Working knowledge of CSS Variables.
Working knowledge of SCSS.
Consistent use of variables for colours, spacing, and typography.
Working knowledge of Figma. Desirable qualifications
Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira.
Fluent English is required.
Basic familiarity with collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Notion) is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
