About the Role

We’re looking for a super organised Operations and Product Intern to support the growth of our Stake Italy operations.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations and Product Intern to support the daily operational and product-related activities of Stake Italy.
This internship is designed to provide support to product operations within a regulated iGaming environment. The selected candidate will assist the Sportsbook &
Casino Manager and the broader team with administrative, coordination, tracking, and documentation tasks, gaining practical experience in the management and
maintenance of a digital platform. 

Your role with us

This is a support role with no direct project ownership, ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in operations and product management. You will exhibit high 
standards, excellent communication skills, and have the ability to take initiative and prioritise daily tasks. You will join a small but high-performing team in our
Rome office. In line with Italian regulations, the interns must be unemployed or not currently working at the time of hiring, and they must be between 18 and 29
years old.

What you will do

  • Assist in preparing documentation required for game certifications and product updates, ensuring completeness before submission. 
  • Support the updating of internal trackers related to product releases, certifications, and promotional activities. 
  • Help monitor timelines and flag upcoming deadlines to the responsible manager. 
  • Assist in uploading and organizing product-related documents in internal systems (Notion, Confluence, shared drives). 
  • Support the preparation of reports by collecting and organizing data provided by different teams. 
  • Help maintain operational checklists and ensure documentation templates are kept up to date. 
  • Assist in coordinating internal communications by following up on tasks assigned by the Manager. 
  • Provide administrative support for vendor onboarding documentation and internal approval flows. 
  • Support the verification of website content consistency. 
  • Provide general operational support for day-to-day platform activities as requested by the Manager.
  • This role reports directly to the Sportsbook & Casino Manager.

What you will bring

  • Recently graduated in Business, Economics, Management, Communication, Marketing or related fields.
  • Strong interest in digital platforms, operations, and online gaming.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow structured processes accurately.
  • Basic analytical skills and comfort working with data in spreadsheets.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Basic familiarity with collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Notion) is a plus.

This position is based in Rome, Italy, with a hybrid working model (3 days in office and 2 days remote)
