About the Role

Inbank is a financial technology company with an EU banking license that connects merchants, consumers, and financial institutions on its next-generation embedded finance platform. Our financing solutions are embedded seamlessly into the shopping journey of 6,000+ retailers. This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

We are looking for an Intern to join our Product Design Team and help shape a seamless, multi-platform banking experience. As an intern, you’ll collaborate closely with international, cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into intuitive, scalable design solutions. This role offers hands-on experience working on real products used across multiple markets.

What will you be doing?

  • Design a flow in one of our B2B or internal products, from early ideas and analysis through to launch.
  • Update a design system component and document it.
  • Analyse existing flows and propose improvements.
  • Participate in design reviews, weekly syncs, and product team planning sessions.

Ideally, you:

  • Are curious, proactive, and ready to dig to the bottom of any problem.
  • Recognise the person behind business requirements and understand that fulfilling user needs drives business goals.
  • Look beyond individual flows or features and understand how products connect, evolve, and improve over time.
  • Know the basics of user research and have some experience with user analytics tools (Mixpanel, Hotjar, Clarity, or similar).
  • Use Figma as your main tool for sketching, design, and prototyping.
  • Can document your work, present ideas, and clearly explain your solutions in fluent English.

Our offer to you:

  • An opportunity to learn from a diverse group of people who excel at what they do.
  • A paid internship from June to August.
  • A personal mentor — an experienced professional you can always reach out to.
  • Opportunities to expand your professional network and take part in events for our interns.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience, work on impactful initiatives, and grow professionally. Ready to kick-start your career? Apply now!
