About the Role

Inbank is a financial technology company with an EU banking license that connects merchants, consumers, and financial institutions on its next-generation embedded finance platform. Our financing solutions are embedded seamlessly into the shopping journey of 6,000+ retailers. This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

We are looking for a Product Specialist Intern to join our Partner Engagement Team. This role is ideal for someone interested in product management who is reliable, organised, and eager to learn. As an intern, you’ll work closely with the development team, support day-to-day product operations, and help keep collaboration running smoothly by assisting with team ceremonies and coordination.

What will you be doing?

  • Support stakeholder communication, including sharing timelines, updates, and information about new features.
  • Act as a point of contact for engineers on questions related to development and requirements.
  • Provide product and operational support to country teams.
  • Assist with business testing and validation of development tickets.
  • Create and manage Jira tickets when needed.

Ideally, you have:

  • Curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding both product and business context.
  • A strong sense of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a changing environment.
  • Strong written and spoken English, and feel comfortable communicating and asking questions.

Our offer to you:

  • An opportunity to learn from a diverse group of people who excel at what they do.
  • A paid internship from June to August.
  • A personal mentor — an experienced professional you can always reach out to.
  • Opportunities to expand your professional network and take part in events for our interns.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience, work on impactful initiatives, and grow professionally. Ready to kick-start your career? Apply now!
