About the Role

We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our operational team. This role will be responsible for activities related to the service in our Guest Relations department. That placement will start in July/August 2026 for a minimum of 6 months.

 Key accountabilities : 

 

  • Verify and complete the applicable VIP check-in checklist.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and provide information about the hotel and surrounding area.
  • Analyze the VIP list daily with the Guest Relations Manager and carry out assigned tasks to ensure the best possible stay for selected arrivals.
  • Ensure that all arrangements made prior to a VIP guest's arrival are respected and communicated to other operational departments.
  • Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work with other departments such as the front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments to fulfil guest requests.
  • Provide information to the guests about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and gather feedback to improve services. Collect and protect customer data.
  • Follow up with guests to ensure their satisfaction after their stay.

 

 

General requirements :

 

  • Strong customer focus
  • Fluent both in French and English ((verbal, written)
  • Pleasant, courteous, and fun personality
  • Sense of organization and confidentiality
  • Internship Agreement - mandatory
  • Must have the right to work in France
  • Package: 693.00 € / month, Meals, Uniform, Transportation allowance
