About the Role

We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our operational team. This role will be responsible for activities related to the service in our Front Desk department. That placement will start in July/August 2026 for a minimum of 6 months.

 Key accountabilities :

 

  • Assist in the check-in and check-out process for guests, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Support the front desk team with guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Gain hands-on experience in room allocation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guest preferences and reservation details.
  • Learn about hotel systems and software, such as property management systems (PMS), to support front desk operations and guest service processes.
  • Assist in conducting room inspections to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as concierge and guest services, to ensure guest needs are met and operational efficiency is maintained.
  • Take part in special projects and initiatives related to rooms division operations, such as guest satisfaction surveys, or sustainability programs.

  • Fluent both in French and English ((verbal, written)
  • Pleasant, courteous, and fun personality
  • Sense of organization and confidentiality
  • Internship Agreement - mandatory
  • Must have the right to work in France
  • Package: 693.00 € / month, Meals, Uniform, Transportation allowance
