About the Role

We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our operational team. This role will be responsible for activities related to the service in our Conciergerie. That placement will start in July/August 2026 for a minimum of 6 months.

 Key accountabilities :

 

  • Curiosity builds the foundation - proactively and discreetly learn information about the guests.
  • Offer assistance in the guests' arrangements, such as transfers, dining (ensure the team mentions availability etc..), culture, nannies, Wellness etc.
  • A plan for every guest – Coordination between departments.
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of the hotel and its offerings in all areas, city activities, i.e., theatre, the arts, special exhibits, concerts, shows, sporting events, leisure activities,
  • sightseeing tours, etc. and establish close contacts with people in these areas to provide information.
  • Perform service functions including, but not limited to, restaurant reservations, ticket procurement, and shipping.
  • Report guest feedback and ensure elevated service recovery to exceed guest expectations, in keeping with the Peninsula Service Principles.
  • Together with the Concierge team, generate ideas for guest experiences.

  • Fluent both in French and English ((verbal, written)
  • Pleasant, courteous, and fun personality
  • Sense of organization and confidentiality
  • Internship Agreement - mandatory
  • Must have the right to work in France
  • Package: 693.00 € / month, Meals, Uniform, Transportation allowance
