Il tuo ruolo

Entrerai nel team Risorse Umane e ti occuperai di:

  • Supportare il team HR nella gestione dei profili social dell'azienda mantenendo un'immagine coerente ed attrattiva su piattaforme come LinkedIn, Entainme ed altre pertinenti;
  • Collaborare con il team marketing ed HR per sviluppare contenuti che promuovano l'employer brand dell'azienda, raccontando storie di successo, culture aziendali e opportunità di carriera;
  • Comunicare con il team UK che si occupa di Employer Branding per confrontarsi sui progetti di Employer Brand e poterli sviluppare in Italia;
  • Monitorare l'attività sui canali social, analizzando metriche e feedback per comprendere l'efficacia delle strategie di comunicazione e coinvolgimento;
  • Assistere nella pianificazione e nell'implementazione di iniziative HR tramite canali social, come campagne di reclutamento, eventi aziendali e programmi di formazione;
  • Interagire con i potenziali candidati ed i dipendenti attraverso i canali social, rispondendo alle domande, fornendo informazioni sulla cultura aziendale, progetti e valori creando un dialogo positivo;
  • Supportare il team HR nelle comunicazioni aziendali sulla piattaforma Entainme.

Chi stiamo cercando

  • Laurea o diploma in discipline come Comunicazione, Marketing o simili;
  • Conoscenza dei principali canali social e delle loro dinamiche, con particolare attenzione a LinkedIn, e altre piattaforme professionali;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative, sia scritte che verbali, con una forte attenzione ai dettagli;
  • Creatività e capacità di generare contenuti coinvolgenti e rilevanti per il pubblico target.
