About the Role

Dana is a global leader in the supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies that improve the efficiency and performance of vehicles with both conventional and alternative-energy powertrains. Serving two primary markets – passenger vehicle and commercial truck – Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.

Job Purpose

The Product Management Co‑Op reports to the Product Manager and supports the execution of product line strategies. This role assists in supporting product lines, gathering market intelligence, coordinating cross‑functional initiatives, and executing product‑related tasks. The Product Management Co‑Op contributes to pricing, marketing, and project coordination efforts while learning the fundamentals of product ownership. We are specifically seeking a senior‑level student who demonstrates strong potential for conversion to a full‑time role upon graduation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of product line strategies under the guidance of product managers
  • Learn and apply systems/tools to support strategic planning
  • Support product line activities in alignment with the marketing calendar
  • Support pricing strategy development through research and analysis
  • Support gathering input towards the development of SWOT analysis
  • Help gather and organize market intelligence from customer interactions
  • Assist in maintaining marketing collateral and training materials
  • Assist in leading cross-functional teams through small-scale projects
  • Performs all duties as assigned
  • Travel may be required based on business needs, less than 10% of the time

Education and Qualifications

  • Must be in Senior year in pursuit of a Bachelors degree in Business
  • Has already completed at least one prior internship or co-op in related field

Skills and Competencies

  • Functions well in a team environment
  • Ability to absorb information in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AI tools
  • Organized and able to shift priorities based on business needs
  • Effective written and verbal communication in both English is preferred
  • Uncompromising judgment towards confidentiality & business ethics
