Ansell is looking for an Intern to join our team in Queretaro!

 

 

The Supply Chain Intern will support regional planning, inventory coordination, replenishment activities, and reporting across multiple teams. This role provides hands-on experience in supply chain operations, demand planning, and customer service within a dynamic, multicultural environment.

What your role will be?

Support the day-to-day operation with respect to:


o Traffic/In transits Reports fill in.
o Track containers and air shipments on carrier websites to ensure provided dates and data entered at
system (ATP) are accurate.
o Support with follow up and status of courier service, AWB creation as per request.
o Assistance to request direct to carriers updated ETAs direct when not avail at Online tracking websites
o Filling in of Guarantee letters application Forms with shipping companies
o Creation of ER’S as required
o Update twice a week estimated arrival dates at system for Inbound shipments in the region.
o Update Arrival Report for WH team visibility in a daily basis
o Contact with regional carriers to request for information in regard Demurrages, Local Charges
applicable and Letter’s update.
o PODs upload into smartsheet.
o Among others

What will you bring to Ansell?

Education: International Business or Supply Chain student working towards completion of a bachelor’s degree.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Intermediate Level in Microsoft Office programs, specifically MS Word, Power Point and Excel, Good written
and verbal communication skills, independent worker with the ability to work in a team environnement, Strong
communication and Customer service oriented.
- Proficient at English, Intermediate or Advanced Level required.
