Vector Solutions is seeking a Sector Business Analyst Intern. This individual will support sector-level analysis through a mix of Excel-based data work and market research, with a focus on learning how to combine internal Salesforce data and external research to answer business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.

 

What You'll Do

  • Support sector-level business analysis by combining internal Salesforce data with external market research to answer strategic business questions.
  • Conduct industry deep dives to identify areas of strength, gaps in performance, and competitive opportunities.
  • Analyze revenue, retention, and customer data (e.g., ACV, churn risk, sentiment, usage) to uncover trends and drivers of success across industries.
  • Build and manipulate Excel-based datasets to organize findings and generate actionable insights.
  • Synthesize data into clear, well-structured conclusions and present recommendations to support decision-making.


Requirements

  • Must be entering your senior year in Fall 2026 pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Can commit to a 10 week Summer Intern Program May 26th- July 31st
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule, requiring three in-office days per week in our New York, NY office

Hourly rate: $17.00 - 18.00/hour
