SUMMARY:

As a Psychology Intern at The Crossroads Center, you will perform psychological evaluations, conduct psychotherapy, behavior therapy, psychological counseling, and consultations under the direct supervision of a licensed psychologist.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer various psychological tests, analyze results, and provide diagnoses.
  • Conduct psychotherapy, behavior therapy, and psychological counseling sessions.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow staff members.
  • Offer consultations to individuals, programs, and community organizations.
  • Contribute to in-service training sessions.
  • Complete accurate written documentation of provided services and other necessary paperwork.
  • Attend required staff meetings, workshops, and seminars.
  • Fulfill any other related duties as necessary.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Currently enrolled in a psychology graduate program or possess a Master's Degree in Psychology.
