About the Role

Description

Position Summary

The Project Delivery Intern will support the Construction and Project Delivery teams by improving reporting consistency, schedule transparency, and communication clarity across active construction projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, process-driven individual interested in construction operations, data standardization, and applied AI solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, organize, and standardize daily and weekly construction reports across projects
  • Mark up, and provide changes to master construction schedules in collaboration with Project Managers and Superintendents
  • Develop and implement standardized reporting templates and workflows
  • Train Superintendents on new reporting standards and best practices to ensure ongoing adoption
  • Explore and pilot AI tools to generate concise executive and client-ready monthly summaries reports from project reports
  • Identify opportunities to improve clarity, efficiency, and accuracy in project communication

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable working with schedules and data
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in process improvement and emerging AI tools
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with field and office teams
