About the Role
岗位职责：
1、与国内客户及海内、外代理联系、安排空运出口业务相关事宜及后续系统作业；
2、与相关部门包括海外部门协调解决货物运输中的问题；
3、处理客户问题及投诉；
4、完成主管或部门经理分配的其他工作事宜。


任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，物流或国际贸易相关专业优先；
2.有一定英语读写能，CET-4及以上为佳，可以进行一般的英文口语交流；
3.掌握使用电脑办公软件，EXCEL，WORD等；
4.认真细致，责任心强，有团队精神，具有良好的沟通能力和时间管理能力；
5.接受6个月实习期安排，每周可出勤5天；
6.不提供住宿，请同学们自行安排。
