How will you make an impact in this role?

The role is responsible for managing and coordinating interactive marketing campaigns to drive new Card acquisitions especially the premium products in online and social space to the business. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability on project management, marketing campaign executions and work with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of premium lifestyle offerings and Card privileges, particularly within the travel and dining segments
  • Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns to drive Card acquisitions, including MGM (Member-Get-Member) referral initiatives
  • Demonstrate a strong data analytical mindset to derive insights from campaign performance, customer data, and market trends to drive campaign planning and optimization
  • Assist in creating engaging marketing and social media content, including copywriting and use of content creation tools
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the premium Card and referral space
  • Coordinate with creative and media agencies to develop marketing materials
  • Work closely with internal teams and platforms to ensure timely campaign execution and launch
  • Support post-campaign analysis and reporting to generate insights and recommendations for future campaigns
       

Skills and Qualifications

  • From marketing/business stream preferred, with strong interest in financial institutions/credit card business
  • Strong sense in data analysis and report build and consolidations
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • A proven ability to challenge the status quo and improve existing processes
  • A focus on innovation and the desire to own a project from conception through implementation, and evaluation
  • Excellent relationship management skills, and comfort working across various levels within an organization to drive results
  • Year 3 or Final Year students are preferred
