Your role

You will join a development program in the Oracle RODOD area, covering technologies such as Siebel, AIA, OSM, UIM. After training, you will support 2nd and 3rd line teams by analyzing application issues and working with key telecom systems.  

The Capgemini Digital Customer Experience (DCX) helps global brands as well as public organizations to understand and implement the right mix of business focused digital capabilities and innovations following “Customer-First” approach to address both organization and customer needs.  

The program includes training in Telco architecture, SQL, Linux, integration and Oracle RODOD tools. After onboarding, you will work with E2E order processes, application logs and operational support for a major international telecom company.

Your tasks

• Analysis of errors and tickets in Siebel, OSM, UIM, AIA systems. 

• Monitoring and testing customer order processes. 

• Reviewing logs in Linux. 

• Supporting development and operations teams. 

• Working with sales–order–service activation processes. 

Your profile

• Communicative English (min. B2). 

• Basic SQL knowledge. 

• Basic Linux (terminal, logs). 

• Basic programming skills in any language. 

• Analytical thinking and willingness to learn intensively. 

• Interest in telecom, integration or enterprise systems RODOD (Siebel / AIA / OSM / UIM)
