About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Assist with HR administrative duties and document management
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist in coordinating HR events and employee engagement activities
Maintain and update employee records in a timely manner
Provide general assistance to the HR team as required


Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Willingness to learn and support various HR functions
