Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create and update training materials related to the product and service data platform
  • Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of live internal training sessions
  • Coordinate training content with departments and key users
  • Research and compile information on relevant topics
  • Contribute to the enhancement of training processes and methods
  • Monitor processes and clarify open process instances within the region

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in media and communication studies, Education, Design, Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Managment, or a comparable field
  • Language skills: particularly good English skills (written and spoken)
  • Forceful communication skills and service orientation, particularly in user support
  • Independent, structured, and goal-orientated work style
  • High analytical and conceptual skills
  • Strong understanding of data quality, data analysis, and process security
  • Willingness for continous education and adaption to new requirements
  • Experience in utilizing collaboration platforms like Microsoft teams and Viva Engage is an advantage
