Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily food and beverage service operations across various outlets, including restaurants, bars, and event spaces

- Support the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to ensure quality standards are met

- Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during events and peak hours

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations

- Learn and adhere to the resort’s policies, procedures, and standards of service

Requirements

 

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent customer service skills

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations is a plus

- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced setting
