This role is designed for someone who enjoys analyzing processes, applying GenAI creatively, and helping the team work smarter. You will focus on automation, insights, and continuous improvement—not ticket handling.
You will work closely with Support leadership to surface insights, propose automation opportunities, experiment with AI-driven improvements, and build lightweight prototypes or workflows that demonstrate measurable business value.
AI, Automation & Insights

  • Apply debugging and problem-solving skills to address complex business and AI-related technical challenges
  • Gain exposure to automated testing frameworks, model evaluation techniques, and quality standards for AI systems
  • Gain experience with LLMs, machine learning workflows, vector databases, embeddings, natural language processing, and RAG architectures
  • Gain hands-on experience with prompt engineering and AI evaluation metrics
  • Develop an understanding of business KPIs and how to measure the value of AI-driven solutions and experiments
  • Utilize full-stack engineering and AI development skills to build high-quality prototypes and production-ready features
  • Identify inefficiencies, manual processes, and recurring pain points within Production Support workflows and propose AI/automation-driven solutions.
  • Analyze incident trends, root causes, system behavior patterns, and user feedback to uncover improvement opportunities.
  • Use GenAI to generate insights, summaries, recommendations, and prototypes that help the team make data-driven decisions

Operational Excellence

  • Conduct outside-in assessments of support processes to identify bottlenecks and areas where tooling can improve.
  • Map recurring support themes to potential GenAI or automation opportunities such as classification, routing, or pattern detection.

Systems & Data Awareness

  • Monitor front-office platform behaviors (Salesforce CRM, ATS, enterprise search, integrations) to understand performance patterns and business impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners—including product, data, and engineering teams—to gather context and validate improvement ideas.
  • Help establish measurement frameworks to assess the value and effectiveness of AI and automation initiatives.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate daily with Production Support analysts, product owners, AI engineers, developers, and designers.
  • Support AI experimentation by preparing datasets, running analyses, synthesizing outcomes, and recommending next steps.
  • Develop clear presentations, stakeholder updates, demo materials, and experiment summaries that communicate value, risks, and business impact.
  • Document findings in both technical and non-technical formats to support team understanding and knowledge sharing.
  • Review business cases, user stories, technical designs, and initiative plans to ensure alignment with team priorities and ongoing work.
  • Complete assigned work within sprint timeframes and present results to the team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, AI/ML, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related discipline
  • Basic understanding of data analysis, machine learning, and/or generative AI
  • Basic understanding of communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, or vector databases is a plus
  • Experience preparing reports, presentations, or dashboards is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
