About the Role
We're looking for a Corporate Strategy Intern to support our Business Operations. This is a high-visibility role with broad exposure across the business — from tracking company performance to digging into new partnership opportunities. It's a great fit for someone interested in Corporate Strategy, Business Development, or a Chief of Staff role at a high-growth startup.
Challenges You’ll Solve
Research and evaluate potential partners and products across key verticals to inform our strategy
Conduct competitive and market analyses that surface actionable insights for senior leaders
Support internal research on our existing product suite to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Help ensure our OKRs are being tracked effectively and that key business routines run smoothly
Create high-quality materials and analyses for Board members, leadership, and external stakeholders
Help make processes and routines more efficient across the business
What we're looking for
You have strategic agility, intellectual curiosity, and a data-driven mindsight
You are detail-oriented and can balance many competing priorities
You have strong communication skills and are comfortable presenting findings to senior stakeholders
You can work cross-functionally with limited oversight
You create polished, high-quality decks and analyses
You're comfortable with ambiguity and can jump in to solve problems with limited hand-holding
What We Offer:
Home Office Setup Allowance: $300 one-time
Friday UberEats Allowance: $25/week
Learning & Development Allowance: $300/ per term
Fitness/Wellness Allowance: $120/per term
Candidates can be based anywhere in Canada, provided they maintain a minimum 6-hour overlap with the Eastern Time Zone and are available to work a 40-hour work week.
We’re a remote-first company, but you’re always welcome to join us at our head office on 260 Queen Street West in Toronto. We also host virtual and in-person socials where interns can connect, play games, and meet others - including company - wide game nights and events e. While optional, these are great ways to build connections and make the most of your Super.com experience.
