About the Role

The HR Intern will support the HR & Admin team in daily operations, primarily in recruitment coordination, employee engagement activities, and HR administrative tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-growing environment, offering practical exposure to real HR functions while developing strong organizational and communication skills.

HR (Intern)

1. Recruitment Coordination

  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
  • Arrange interview schedules and coordinate with candidates
  • Align interview availability with hiring managers
  • Set up interview arrangements and provide support during interviews when required

2. HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist the HR team in preparing onboarding materials for new employees
  • Support general HR documentation, record keeping, and filing

3. Employee Engagement & Activities

  • Support internal events and employee engagement activities
  • Assist in preparing communication materials (emails, posters, presentations)
  • Help coordinate company events and HR & Admin initiatives

4. Other Duties

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR & Admin team
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Native Thai speaker preferred with strong English proficiency
  • Fluent in Chinese is a plus (HSK 5 or above will be an advantage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to design basic artwork for internal events using Canva (mandatory) or Adobe Photoshop (optional)
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Flexible mindset and enthusiastic about working in a fast-growing environment
