About the Role

Der Bereich Talent Acquisition umfasst alle Themen rund um Recruiting, Employer Branding und Personalmarketing. Gemeinsam sind wir stets auf der Suche nach Talenten für Festo. Dabei geben wir Festo als Arbeitgeber ein Gesicht, entwickeln kreative Ideen und zielgerichtete Maßnahmen zur Ansprache unserer Zielgruppen und gehen immer wieder neue Wege im Recruiting. Besonders wichtig ist uns dabei eine positive Candidate Journey. 

  

Ab sofort suchen wir Verstärkung für unser motiviertes Team - idealerweise für sechs Monate.

Deine Aufgaben:  

  • Durch dein Praktikum wirst du Teil unseres motivierten Recruiting-Teams und arbeitest aktiv im operativen Recruiting mit  

  • Du kümmerst dich um Stellenausschreibungen auf externen Plattformen (z.B. Linkedin) 

  • Du unterstützt im Bewerbermanagement und stehst täglich im aktiven Austausch mit Bewerbern und Ansprechpartnern aus den Fachbereichen sowie HR Kolleginnen und Kollegen 

  • Eigenverantwortlich übernimmst du die Terminorganisation für Vorstellungsgespräche und hast die Möglichkeit selbst an ausgewählten Interviews teilzunehmen  

  • Du arbeitest an aktuellen Projekten mit und übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Teilprojekte  

  • Innerhalb des Talent Acquisition Teams bietet sich Dir die Möglichkeit, einen Einblick in die Employer Branding und Personalmarketing Aktivitäten zu erhalten und an Recruitingmessen teilzunehmen 

  

Deine Qualifikationen:  

  • Du studierst Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder absolvierst einen vergleichbaren Studiengang  

  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Personalwesen gesammelt  

  • Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift  

  • Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise gehört zu Deinen Stärken  

  • Hohes Engagement, Organisationstalent sowie Freude an selbstständigem Arbeiten zeichnen Dich aus 

  • Deine sehr guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit runden Dein Profil ab
