Was Sie erwartet

Effizienzsteigerung in der Konstruktion durch KI-gestützte Methoden und Werkzeuge

  • Analyse der aktuellen Konstruktionsprozesse und Identifikation typischer Engpässe
  • Auswahl geeigneter KI-Werkzeuge für relevante Konstruktionsaufgaben
  • Definition praxisnaher Anwendungsfälle für den Einsatz von KI
  • Erstellen und Testen einfacher KI-basierter Lösungsansätze
  • Durchführung eines Pilotversuches an einem repräsentativen Bauteil
  • Vergleich und Bewertung der Ergebnisse gegenüber dem bisherigen Prozess
  • Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für eine mögliche Einführung von KI in der Konstruktion

Sie bringen mit

  • Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit 3D-CAD-Systemen, idealerweise mit Siemens NX sowie Kenntnisse in der Auslegung und Konstruktion von Kunststoffbauteilen
  • Selbstständiges, strukturiertes und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten sowie analytisches Denken
  • Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und hohes Engagement
  • Sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksweise und Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch und Englisch
