About the Role

Was Sie erwartet

Zur Unterstützung unseres Business Transformation Teams suchen wir engagierte Praktikanten (m/w/d), die Freude daran haben, digitale Themen voranzutreiben und innovative Lösungen in der Organisation umzusetzen.

  • Einarbeitung in digitale Werkzeuge, Plattformen und Anwendungen
  • Erarbeitung und Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen zur Digitalisierung
  • Durchführung von Analysen digitaler Werkzeuge hinsichtlich Nutzen und Einsatzpotenzial
  • Umsetzung digitaler Verbesserungsmaßnahmen in laufenden Projekten
  • Aufsetzen und Weiterentwicklung von digitalen Assistenzsystemen, zum Beispiel auf Basis künstlicher Intelligenz

Sie bringen mit

  • Studium in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen, technischen oder informatiknahen Bereich
  • Begeisterung für Digitalisierung, Prozessverbesserungen und innovative Technologien
  • Analytisches und eigenständiges Arbeiten
  • Sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksweise und Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch und Englisch
